Featuring a Ferrari Nart Spyder - the Cavallino Cover Art Banner
This featured cover from Cavallino 227 shows the beautiful lines of one of the rarest Ferraris – the 275 GTS/4 Nart Spyder. The complete story on these graceful models is in #227.
From the text by leading 275 authority Dustin Wetmore: “The NART Spyder is the model which closed out a chapter of automotive history dominated by the touch of the artisan. They remind us of the time when our automobiles were not designed and built by board rooms and legislation; a time when the passion and determination of the Commendatore was all that was necessary to create the history we study today. The example we examine here was the last of the ten 275 GTS/4s to be produced. In fact, 11057 falls so late in GTB/4 production that she was third to last of the entire series by factory chassis number sequencing. Finished in a strong yet elegant Grigio Scuro 20-E-166 and upholstered with black Connolly VM8500 hides, our NART Spyder continued in its unique trajectory by being the only example to be produced with this particular color combination.”
The covers of Cavallino magazine have become as celebrated as the magazine itself - colorful, imaginative, vibrant, dynamic - capturing the sensational essence of a particular Ferrari. We have selected a unique assortment of Cavallino covers and enlarged them to 36 inches by 48 inches, a full 3 by 4 feet. The result is a marvelous, almost overwhelming experience. Each one is individually printed on a special 13 oz heavy scrim vinyl, with the sides hemmed all around and with grommets in each corner. Perfect for hanging, the colors are absolutely true, and the high-resolution detail is astounding. Decorate your office, your garage, your collection. Choose your favorite for that daily high.
